  • i) Trouble Shooting on cranes. Attending to breakdown calls (warranty & non warranty) , One Time Health Checks & Crane AMC -Preventive Maintenance Checks & Crane modification /overhauling.
  • ii) Resolving Crane related problems raised by customers. This will involve gaining a clear understanding of the reported problem, identifying what the real problem is and analysing it to determine the root cause. Explaining & suggesting the cost effective solution & gaining customer approval to expedite & implement the suggested solution to customers satisfaction
  • iii) Overseeing or /and executing the job which is assigned(Crane Repairs , AMC, Modification ,One Time Health Checks) and ensuring timely & quality technical service to customers
