Profile

  • i) Trouble Shooting on cranes. Attending to breakdown calls (warranty & non warranty) , One Time Health Checks & Crane AMC -Preventive Maintenance Checks & Crane modification /overhauling.
  • ii) Resolving Crane related problems raised by customers. This will involve gaining a clear understanding of the reported problem, identifying what the real problem is and analysing it to determine the root cause. Explaining & suggesting the cost effective solution & gaining customer approval to expedite & implement the suggested solution to customers satisfaction
  • iii) Overseeing or /and executing the job which is assigned(Crane Repairs , AMC, Modification ,One Time Health Checks) and ensuring timely & quality technical service to customers
  • iv) Evaluating Crane installations & performance and recommending Spares, products /accessories and services based on real needs.
  • v) Preparing Service /Visit reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • vi) Daily Reports to Regional Office about the work progress
  • vii) Communicating with customers
  • viii) Key Requirement : Willingness to travel extensively to sites , Ability to work at heights (on the crane top) with hands, Computer literacy ( MS Office - word /excel )
